I am passionate about supporting individuals in creating a lifestyle that brings them true happiness and inner peace. As a South Asian, I deeply understand how our childhood experiences, cultural expectations, and family dynamics shape our decisions as adults. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can explore and address these influences while providing honest and insightful discussion for change.
Guiding individuals and couples through their healing journey means I work at your pace, focusing on the issues that matter most to you. In my work, I have incorporated alternative therapy formats along with conventional therapy to offer a holistic approach to healing. This integrative method ensures that we address all aspects of your well-being, helping you to achieve a balanced and harmonious life.
